My Items did not get delivered

I placed an order on November 25 2022 and fully paid , my order has not been delivered , when i called Prago the delivery company that advise Hyperli did not release the order , this is nonsense the are ******** , i paid so much money for these items in good faith , im so shocked that they stole from me , please do not support this company , this website needs to be shut down immediately they are robing people
