MOST USELESS PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH

I ordered goods 2 weeks ago today. I queried via email a week later about the fact that I have not received anything about courier. 5 days later they responded saying the order is still being processed. today marks 2 weeks since ordered an paid for goods that they take anything up to a month to process only, honestly I have never dealt with that level of incompetence.
