Money wasted-mystery deal

First and Last time purchasing from Hyperli!

I purchased the “mystery deal” on 15/05 and up until today (04/06) I only received the order confirmation. There is no whatsoever communication from the company, I then came to look at the reviews and to my surprise saw there are more people struggling to get their order from Hyperli.

I work in e-commerce and personally love to do online shopping because it’s suppose to be quick, easy, hassle free! When I do follow up I get the stupid response saying it will be shipped 12-14 business days blah blah.

The service leaves a bitter taste, and surely will never buy from this company again! Money wasted
