Misleading and doggy deals

My experience with Hyperli’s so-called “Black Friday Mystery Deal” has been nothing short of infuriating. The promotion is presented in a way that creates completely unrealistic expectations, and only once you’ve paid do they start pointing you to pages of fine print to justify why you received the lowest-value option.

Their reply to my complaint was condescending and dismissive, offering zero accountability and hiding behind technicalities instead of addressing the obvious issue: the deal is marketed in a way that misleads customers. Any company that prioritizes loopholes over honesty clearly has no interest in genuine customer service.

To make matters worse, they flat-out refuse refunds, returns, or any form of reasonable resolution. This attitude shows exactly how little Hyperli values its customers.

After this experience, I will absolutely never support Hyperli again, and others deserve to be warned about how this promotion actually works. Completely unacceptable from a company that claims to offer “deals.”
