Where in the world are vlients told that "I'm angry because you're late"🤥 The staff at the so called spa are extremely unprofessional as they addressed us as if we are learners at Foundation Phase. Maybe they need to go to school and sharpen their language skills. Our bodies are hurting as people treated us like puppets. We are very disappointed and despondent after spending a lot of money, even travelled a long distance from Johannesburg.Owner, stop chasing money and invest in training your staff in people's skills and the service yak.
