Misleading policy and misguided information. We bought a voucher for Siyavaya Adventures for Quad-biking, the service provider redeemed the voucher. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel the services with them because of their unprofessionalism. We signed a refund form and we were told we will get our refund back in in 7-14 days. That never happened, Siyavaya Adventures informed us that we need to call Hyperli.com for our refund as we bought the tickets from them, they won’t be able to refund us. We tried all avenues to get ahold of Hyperli.com with no luck. Till todate we have not received our refund of R1000!!!! Their services is pathetic, disgusting and unprofessional. They **** people.
