My colleagues and I bought from them what they call premium mystery deals and was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 business days. But it took about 3 weeks to deliver, with no communication or updates, and what they delivered came as a shock to us. It is like they **** us day light. The items we received worth close to nothing of what we paid for. When we try to return and refund, they say they don't do returns
