It is so frustrating after you bought a voucher when you do booking they tell you they no long have contract with Hyperli.
I wonder how many vouchers they sell which are not valid, Hyperli is not honest at all. It is for the 2nd time now this happens to me and plans are made now I'm stuck with this voucher even the refund is not coming back to my bank account instead it stays in your Hyperli wallet to use in future, that money I can't get it to go where I want to use it at the moment.

Terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please know that before any deal goes live on the website, they are signed off by the business. If a business decides to no longer accept Hyperli vouchers, the onus is on them to let us know and we will action the necessary, i.e. investigate and remove the deal. If the deal is still live on the website, the Partner did not let us know of any issues they had, nor request to remove the deal.
Please send us an email with the subject "Hello Peter", and provide all info in order for us to assist accordingly.
