Is Hyperli Just a ****?

Hyperli -Are they ********? I’ve logged a request for a refund because I bought a voucher that looked amazing on the site however the suppliers website doesn't exist, both cells numbers on the voucher don't exist, I googled and called Destine Spa on Google and was told to call another cell number. Now 3 different numbers whatsapped me and asked for the voucher, and I found that it’s in a very ***** area.

My refund request was logged a week ago, my request was within 7days but I wanted s credit to buy something else on the site, I received an email saying they’d respond in 48 hours but heard nothing, I’ve followed up numerous times and no one gets back to me. Since it was a gift for someone else I’ve now had to go ahead and purchase again without the credit because I can’t wait.

Are these people even legit or is this site a ****? I can’t find any phone numbers to call them?
