Irate - terrible Hyperli experience

Purchased a spa voucher for Pamensky Lodge and Spa. After reading the horrific reviews for the spa , I immediately requested a refund both via email and also submitted the online form. It's 96 hours later and received no form of acknowledgement and have no sight of the status of my query. Appalling service to say the least as there is no direct line to make contact with them, just these stupid online forms.
