Bought a buy-one-get-one-free deal from them for a coffee capsule holder which promises delivery in 11 days. I waited a few weeks before getting an email from them to say that there was a delay. Eventually, 19 days later I got message to say it was on its way. Two days later when I called to find out where it was, the delivery person had given it to the security guard of the complex without my permission. Wait, it gets worse. When I open the almost weightless box I find 2 things: The wrong stand and only one of them. Where is the free one? I paid R199 for a stand that costs R69 at Takealot. DO NOT do business with them unless you want to have a whole lot of stress.
