What a disappointing experience I had with a booking made through this platform.

I purchased the Couples Spa Experience with Picnic & Wine Tasting at Lourensford Wine Estate and received a confirmation via SMS for Monday, 5 May 2025 at 14:00. I also shared my voucher via WhatsApp with the service provider, and they acknowledged my booking.

Upon arriving for the experience: • The spa treatment at 14:00 went smoothly. • However, when I proceeded for the picnic, I was informed the restaurant was already closed, as the picnic had been booked at 12:00 without my consent or notification. • I then proceeded to the wine tasting, only to find that no booking had been made at all for that part of the experience.

This was extremely disappointing, especially considering I had driven over 45 km to enjoy what was supposed to be a special day. The experience I paid for was not delivered in full, and the miscommunication around the booking times was entirely outside of my control.
