I want my money back

Bought 2 paragliding vouchers for my girlfriend and I in Cape town because we went down to Cape Town for the weekend. The merchant wasnt able to honour the voucher because of unsuitable weather.

I requested a refund and it was credited to my wallet which doesnt work for me at all because i barely ever use hyperli.

When i requested a cash refund u I was told that they don't do cash refunds even though even though point 2.5 of their cancellation policy speak of "Cash refund (if you're eligible...)" but doesn't mention what are the requirements to be eligible for a cash refund are. This means they can suck them out of their thumb. Also looking at responses from hyperli here on Hellopeter they do give cash refunds.

I just want my money back, R2200 is a lot of money
