Hyperli's pathetic service

I purchased two ladies winter coats from Hyperli on the 11th April 2024 and today is the 23rd May 2024 and I havent received my order as yet. I have sent numerous emails to Hyperli and the replies were either.....We are experiencing problems with our supplier or the supplier hasnt delivered the winter coats.

Basically Hyperli is sending out emails that is false advertising because they are selling items that's not in their possession. Once you place your order they take your money and then sent out numerous excuses as to why their service is so pathetic and they are unable to deliver the items as falsely advertised.
