I placed my order IPhone xr on the 30th December 2023, received it on the 19th of Jan 2024, which was supposed to be delivered between 5 to 10 working days, according to their policy. So today hot a call from my daughter that a phone went blank, screen doesn't work. Imagine first day at school how embarrassing it is to encounter such issues in public.
