Hyperli.com you need to do better!
It's proving difficult to get a refund from this business... After being told to wait 7-10 working days for my refund... They have finally requested my banking details and now I have to wait some more! Pathetic is not even the word.

As explained, there was a banking glitch in the process of actioning your refund. We have, however, sent your refund to our Finance team for urgent processing today as advised, and it will reflect within 1-2 working days.
