HYPERLI.COM - WORST ONLINE STORE

Re: 0RD376687 This has to be the worst online store ever, the service is beyond useless and support is non existence. I purchased a product on the 3rd Nov 2018, shipment was only dispatched on the 9th Nov and received on the 11th. Installed and it worked but wasn't great and updated firmware and still kept freezing and couldn't connect. I then decided to return the product, emailed Hyperli on the 14th Nov and received a ref: HRR ********** 030. 19th Nov, they came to collect, 4th Dec I emailed again querying about the refund since I had not received any response. I only received a response on the 31 Dec to say they'll refund, sent the banking details same day and nothing has been refunded and that was the last I heard from them. I honestly can not understand how such companies still exists in 2019.
