Hyperli.com - terrible service

I would never again purchase from Hyperli.com or recommend anyone to purchase off their website. I recently purchased an Android TV box which came with a free mini keyboard. The package arrived but the keyboard did not work. I completed the return form and eventually the item was collected and a replacement arrived which also did not work and looked as if it was a second hand model as it had no charging cable. Again I reported the matter and despite sending four or five emails they refuse to reply so I still have a defective keyboard - it would seem that the battery is dead and it is therefore useless.

There is no way to call or contact Hyperli except through their online form which they ignore.
