Hyperli.com - Mother's day Order placed and paid on 24 April 2024 and I am still waiting for it.

I placed an order for a bathroom scale and the mystery gift they had on special on 24 April 2024, Order #562632, the bathroom scale was supposed to be a Mother's day present. I followed up on 13 May 2024,17 May 2024, 30 May 2024 and logged complaints on their website with no feedback or any kind of response at all, I eventually only received the mystery gift on 13 June 2024 almost two months after I paid for my order, I sent another e-mail back to Hyperli on 13 June 2024 and logged another complaint on their Website to ask where the Bathroom scale is and to date I have received no reply from them
