Hyperli.com has been extremely supportive. I had a voucher which would expire on the 30/11/2024 and I made a booking on the that last day at the service provider. We unfortunately had tragic deaths and the funeral was arranged for the same day. I notified the customer service explaining that we would forfeit the voucher and without any hassles and fussing they gladly forwarded me an email to extend the voucher for a future 2 months. We could. then happily used the lunch voucher the following Sunday. Thank you Hyperli for once again being extremely helpful and honoring your commitment to us.
