Hyperli, You Owe Me More Than Silence
I’ve always enjoyed the deals and experiences I’ve purchased through Hyperli, until February this year, when things took a sharp nosedive.
I booked what was advertised as a relaxing spa treat, including an overnight stay at Pamensky Spa. What I got instead was a horror show.
When we arrived, there was no one at reception. A the******, mid-massage with another client, yelled across the room telling us to wait. Strike one. The place was filthy, rundown, and downright depressing. The so-called “hydro” feature, a grimy pool, was littered with leaves, and the nearby couches were dusty and covered in cobwebs. It was giving haunted house, not health retreat.
Unsurprisingly, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying the night or even getting our massages. We left—only to be told later that the vouchers had been “redeemed,” and that nothing could be done.
I contacted Hyperli that same day, and several times after. Each time, I was promised a response “within 48 hours.” It’s now the end of May—three months later—and I’m still waiting. My follow-ups have been completely ignored.
I don’t expect Pamensky Spa to take responsibility—they showed their lack of professionalism the minute we walked in. But Hyperli? I expected better.
I’ve had many great experiences through them in the past, but this has left a terrible impression. I’m extremely disappointed, not just in the spa, but in Hyperli’s complete lack of customer service and accountability.
Do better.
