Hyperli will never give you a refund no matter what

All these years I have been a loyal customer until last year I bought vouchers I could not redeem as they said they only valid from this year March.

I have since logged calls on emails and follow up emails for my refund but to this day I have not received feeback.

The only feedback i received was an automatic mail saying they will look in to the matter and come back to me.

If it is their policy not to refund why am i not given a chance to buy something else with that money?

It is good to purchase but when it comes to customer satisfaction NO JOY
