HYPERLI - where are my gifts / order!!??

I placed an order through Hyperli on 1 December 2022, some items for my kids, as I saw a great deal and am expecting it for Christmas. However, it is 13/12/2022 today and I still have received nothing, noone has contacted me after sending through a query via their 'help' page. This is so awful if the past reviews I have come across are true, that the company, Hyperli, is indeed a **** and take people's hard earned money!! it would be a disgrace to say the least.
