Hyperli - ********* in their dealings

Having had good experiences with Groupon I decided to give Hyperli a go! I saw a deal for a 4 night stay at Crystal Springs. I looked at the fine print on the deal to see if their was an expiry date linked to the travel. I could not find any expiry date and purchased the deal on 18 March while on a busness trip internationally. On my return I downloaded the voucher to book my 4-night stay only to discover that the expiry date for travel was 31 March which means I would have needed to travel literally as I got back. It was the first time that I saw any expiry date linked to this. Clearly it was not possible to travel and I requested a refund only to be told it was outside of the 7 day cancellation policy

Quite frankly I find it completely ********* that the expiry date is not communicated at the time of promoting the deal and also that you would even sell or promote a deal that expires within 2 weeks

I certainly will not be supporting them again and encourage all others even considering to use them to stay away
