Hyperli Sucks

I bought a massage voucher in April, the initial spa did not honour the voucher. After a few months of back and forth Hyperli sends me a voucher as a refund. I call a different spa they advertised before purchasing a voucher and they assure me they will be able to honour a voucher if I purchase one. I do so and the Kaylex spa ghosts me (this was in JULY). When I requested a refund customer services told me to call the spa back. Hyperli does not respond to any of my emails or refund claims. The voucher will expire in November and I am now at a lost.
