Hyperli *****ster

Bought voucher from hyperli which was valid for three months from date of purchase. Voucher was going to be used on the second month but when I went to the store to redeem, the store closed down a few months before. Hyperli refused to do refund because they say their refund policy says 30 after you purchase the voucher. Question is why have the voucher valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Is there a legal company that can step in to sue for what they are doing to clients . Everything is over the email and they don't allow calls
