Hyperli spa vouchers being sold that cannot be redeemed!

I purchased 2 vouchers for massage treatments at Bellaneova spa in Umhlanga. I contacted the spa to make a booking and was informed that the voucher special ended. It's now more than 2 weeks since I tried to make a booking and I'm still waiting for the spa owner to contact me regarding the voucher after she liaises with Hyperli. How can vouchers be sold if the establishments do not want to offer the service!!! Worst customer service from the spa!
