Hyperli Shocking Service

Order placed 3 weeks ago. NO delivery/ no feedback. I followed up with them, they committed to replace with similar item or refund. since then no response whatsoever. I have utilised all channels at my disposal to communicate with them and get a reply, but nothing. Simply unacceptable service levels!
