I enjoy shopping at hyperli and I've never experienced any challenges when asking for a refund. Sometime ago i purchased a smart watch and it wasnt delivered and when i asked for a refund they never hesitated to refund me in a form of a gift card. the only wish for me was if they can offer us those that reside in Gauteng more goods and services like ones in Western Cape. But generally i would recommends for peaple to try.
