HYPERLI SELLING EXPIRED VOUCHERS!!!

I purchased a voucher for quad bike riding and paint balling on the 14th of Dec 2023 from their site. Called the place to redeem the voucher on the 23rd of Dec 2023 and they told me they communicated with Hyperli on the 1st of December 2023 already to stop selling these vouchers. Why does Hyperli still sell these things where the actual place is no longer running these specials? This ultimately ruined my entire vacatoin in Mpumalanga. I logged a return immediately on the 23rd, with no communication from Hyperli whatsoever. I honestly am not interested in a voucher to spend on your website i just need my money refunded ASAP!!
