Hyperli ****

I placed an order with Hyperli more than 2 weeks ago and my money was taken straight away, yet I have had no update on my order. It remains in "PROCESSING" status. I have sent them enquiries - but get no response from them. It is impossible to get hold of a human. Is this a new **** SITE?
