Hyperli *****s Your Money!!!!!

Bought a voucher from them the voucher was not sent. As it was a birthday and I needed the voucher I bought a second voucher. When asking for a refund on the voucher they never delivered they want my full financial statements for the month despite proving proof of payment for both transactions and eventually just requesting the voucher that was never provided. Obviously this is a **** either provide the service I paid for or a refund. Total ****!!!!!
