Hyperli ******s and ****mers!!!!

So Hyperli, where to start??? They have always been a virtual platform, where you can get great deals on holidays, spas etc which is where they should have stayed. Now they are selling physical items and what a bliming disgrace they are!!!! Customer service - something they have never heard of by the looks of it. I ordered one of the mystery deals, the mystery must be that one pays for absolutely nothing but headaches, i have been waiting for 22 working days now, and all i get is hot air from them, never mind i am the one who has to chase them every second day or so.

Devi needs to get involved here and take them to task by the looks of it!!!
