Hyperli **** refusing to refund me

I bought a massage voucher for a company that says it is City Lodge Hotel, Menlo Park I booked a date and went, only to find out it’s a ****, City Lodge does not have that service. Voucher number is LLJ16ZN5. I contacted the people and they were telling me stories and gave me different address (83 23RD STREET MENLO PARK)where they were nowhere to be found. They said I should request refund from Hyperlink as they can’t help. I requested refund on Hyperlink and it’s been 3 weeks now and nothing is progressing. Hyperlink is a huge ****. I will never ever use them again. I just want my refund.
