Hyperli refund support is extremely bad
I bought vouchers today (morning), and got the order number and confirmation of payment. However, the service provider can't be contacted as listed on the sales page, have been trying to get hold of support on Hyperli getting emails an automated is not useful at all response. And there is no direct telephone number for support. I want to do a simple refund as I am dissatisfied with the lack of service. But not getting anywhere as the automated message is the same no matter what you say in the ticket description.

Sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. I've looked into this, and can confirm that we have received 2 emails sent by yourself, today. Although we try to respond sooner, our response time is 24-48 hours from when your initial email was sent, as per the email sent to you.
I will, however, assign your query to a consultant for your request to be actioned sooner.
