Hyperli refund not happening

Almost 2 weeks ago i made a purchase for a spa treatment. The spa advised me they were closed during the holiday period so i should request a refund. I have tried 5 times through the hyperli refund request link and have not recieved a single mail. I have also mailed customer support and recieved nothing from them. Support is non existent for refunds. Im never going to use them again as they are simply ****** at this point
