Hyperli Refund Frustration
Iv had great experience until this morning, I made a booking for a few activities around Capetown but soon got a phone call from work meaning I have cut my vacation short and head back to Jhb asap. Iv tried calling to cancel my vouchers but no number works, there online refund process is a mission and I'm left unsure if il get my refund or not.

26 Sept 2019, 14:11It's sad that you respond so quickly only in such a platform. I have already decided to gift a friend of mine who is a Capetown local the vouchers as I could not risk wasting my money. I'm honestly disappointed as I have referred countless friends to your site.
