Hyperli Refund

Purchased a paragliding voucher and the merchant wasnt able to honour the voucher because of unsuitable weather. We drove through three times.

I requested a refund and it was credited to my wallet which doesnt work for me at all because I barely ever use hyperli I want my money refunded not a Hyperli credit. Trying to get hold of Hyperli but no further response from them at all. Would be great if they can respond or is there perhaps a number I can phone as I cant fine one anywhere.
