HYPERLI REFUND

I bought a voucher and urgently wanted to use it,tried to book at Rietvlie breaksfast and game game drive,they did not answer my calls and messages for 2 days,made other plans and decided to cancel the voucher and get refunded. Requested for refund 25 FEB 2019,Hyperli promised to come back to me after 3-5 working days I have not received any correspondence from them
