HYPERLI PURCHASED

I purchased a spa voucher on Hyperli first time ...after payment was made I received a confirmation number ...so I contacted Ispa for skin on what's app ..sent the confirmation and booked ... they did not request a voucher number or advised me ..I went with that confirmation number ..when I arrived at the Spa I was told that without a voucher number I cannot do anything...I was livid as Hyperli never Emailed me a voucher number ...it was a birthday gift and I took the person only to be told that ....I was requested to pay cash which I did not budget for . I was informed that would get a full refund from Hyperli and I have tried emailing them so many times no response ...just a reply with a ticket number ...this is quite frustrating.

I won't use Hyperli again
