Hyperli **** products

Don't ever buy products from them. They portray goods as original but supply cheap, ****, Chinese knock-offs. Now refuse to refund my money until I return the product. How can I trust them? I trusted them by paying in advance and waited for the delivery of **** goods.... Shouldn't they now trust me to return the goods after I am refunded? The Customer Services Manager is as obstinate as a mule! Refuses to listen to reason.
