HYPERLI - POOR DELIVERY SERVICE AND DONT BOTHER TO BOX OR WRAP PRODUCTS

A very personal item was ordered. Delivered to my place of work and received by warehouse staff, in an open box that had all the details of the item and the actual item exposed and visable for ae everyone to see. I advised them via email, and sent photos and to this day, no one has contacted me. DISGUSTING!!!
