Hyperli - Pathetic - Zero support response

Purchased rings that do not fit, despite following strict sizing instructions. The sizing on hyperli has to be incorrect. I requested a replacement for smaller sizes on 20 August, it took 7 days to get a response requesting pictures, which were sent on the same day. 10 days later and still zero response. I have since then done several refund requests online, and zero response. Appalling and pathetic service since they promise a 48 hour response time. I suggest never purchasing from hyperli because they are not reachable if you have a problem and need support.
