Hyperli Pathetic service

When placing an order the website says that they will deliver within 7 working days but I placed an order on the 14th of March 2018 and to date haven't received my order yet. They didn't even send an email stating that my order is delayed for whatever reason. I had to lodge an complaint just to get a response that my order will be delayed by a further 5 working days. This is pathetic service delivery.
