HYPERLI Paid - No goods, nor feedback received

My husband got me a birthday present for 18/12/2018 from Hyperli and paid R2600 on 28/11/2018. After an enquiry, I got a reply that it was delivered on 4/12/2018, but the person who signed for it is unknown to us. I requested a POD, but with no avail. Another email came through stating that the wrong info was given to me. It is now a month later and we still have NO feedback, nor birthday present.
