HYPERLI ORDER PLACED 12 JAN 23, NO ORDER RECEIVED SINCE

I purchased an Item on Hypeli 12th January, and confirmed delivery within 7 days I'm still awaiting my parcel to be delivered. I was sent an sms to say that my order arrived today but to nothing arrived. I've been in contact with someone via email by the name of Moira and no response to my email today 03/02/23.
