Hyperli Offers No Service At All - Boycott Them!!!

I ordered two products on 1 October 2018 and was told to expect 5/7 working days for receipt - much longer than competitors take (I received an order from BidorBuy in less than 24 hours today).

5 emails to Hyperli - who tell you on their website that they have 'Incredible Customer Service' - and I am still waiting and have had no response to my queries apart from an email from Nureen ********** yesterday saying she would like to call me for a chat! Called on an Unknown Number I presume as that was the missed call I had, and no message left. She still hasn't called yet (3 emails sent to her). Hyperli don't offer a contact number ANYWHERE. So what do I do?!?
