Hyperli not responding to complaints

Good morning.I mistankengly registered my email as ***,the gmail is missing an l ,however hyperli accepted the email,yet it is non existent. Unaware of the error I bought the attached deal for R599 and, I am unable to retrieve my voucher. Please urgently assist.This is my third attempt lodge a complaint.I am very frustrated
