Hyperli not processing my refund

I purchased a voucher on the 10th of April , and the merchant was not accepting hyperli vouchers , I requested a refund but to date no response , R2299 is alot of money ....I tried calling the number just cuts off ...I honestly think that they are non-existent ....the website need to closed to prevent more people from loosing money on Hyperli
