Hyperli - No Longer a Fan!!
After my first attempt at using Hyperli, I can say that I am quite disappointed. I placed an order for 4 items and made payment and only received 1 item of the 4 ordered. As a first time user, but 4 year browser, I must add that I am very disappointed in the service level. There's no number to call, only an email address and even when logging an query / complaint, a response will only be received within 48 hours. I can honestly say that I won't be using this service again and will be unsubscribing as soon as I've received my outstanding items. FYI I already waited the allocated time 10 - 14 days of delivery.

So sorry to hear that! I have looked into this, and can confirm that your order was split/delivered separately due to it being dispatched from different warehouses, i..e Cape Town and Johannesburg.
I have confirmed with the relevant team that the balance of your order will be dispatched today - you will receive tracking details shortly after, and it should still be delivered within the delivery timeframe stipulated.
